Ambrosia was founded to celebrate Georgia’s ancient winemaking legacy through a contemporary lens. We stay true to the land by working exclusively with local and historically significant grape varieties, some of which have been cultivated here since antiquity.

Chacha is Georgia’s traditional spirit—bold, clear, and distilled from the pomace of our finest grapes. Often called “Georgian grappa,” it carries the essence of the vineyard in every sip. At Ambrosia, our chacha honors centuries of craftsmanship while offering a smooth, powerful expression of our winemaking heritage.
